We have a fixed shipping fee per order, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order. For more information please contact us.

If you want to return you purchase you can do so within 7 days after the package has been delivered to the delivery address.

We will refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery or return charge.
Every item comes with a tag attached to the item. If the seal on the tag, the tag itself or the way the tag is attached is damaged or broken, the item can not be returned and no refunds will be made.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank, and will exclude shipping costs when applicable (with the exception of faulty items). If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Iconique / TEA Netherlands.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All prices on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the Products. Prices are subject to change without notice, being accepted that the price applicable to any order is the price indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order.

The amount payable  for an order will be the total of the following amounts:
The sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order (Cart Subtotal).
The costs of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and:
You must pay the order amount at the time of submitting the order. Payments will be made through secured systems, which uses the SSL “Secure Socket Layer” protocol, so that all information is encrypted by a software and no third-parties may have access to this information during its communication on the web.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
